Molded Fiber Glass Tray Company assembly trays are made of reinforced composite material. Our assembly trays have smooth, flat bottoms for good contact on conveyor surfaces. The assembly trays are cleanable in steam or washer and withstand temperatures from -60 degrees F to 250 degrees F constant temperature, and 300 degrees F plus for intermittent use.
Molded Fiber Glass assembly trays are dimensionally stable for machine integration and robotic applications.
These versatile fiber glass reinforced composite holding trays combine dimensional stability, light weight and excellent release characteristics into an easily used, long lasting multi-purpose tray; and are virtually indestructible in normal use. The Molded Fiber Glass ventilated trays boast a lighter weight than other trays and have excellent impact resistance.
Additional features of the lab trays include:
- Trays are made of thermoset composite material and will not melt like many thermoplastics do, when a hot object comes in contact with the tray.
- Formulations for autoclave, chemical resistance.
- Excellent dimensional stability and load carrying capacity without creep or distortion.
- Trays are easily cleaned and sanitized with no cracks or crevices.
