Molded Fiber Glass Tray Company stack and nest containers are strong and durable. The stack and nest design saves you valuable space: stack when full, nest when empty, alternating at 180° positions. Because of the reinforced thermoset composite material, these nest and stack containers can withstand temperatures from -60 degrees F to 250 degrees F constant temperature, and 300 degrees F plus for intermittent use.

Our stack and nest containers offer a smooth outside surface and radial angles for easy and safe handling, and resist most oils, moisture, chemicals and solvents as well as irradiation. Formulations for Molded Fiber Glass Tray Company formulates its stack and nest containers for chemical resistance, autoclavability, flame retardant, food handling, degreaser resistance and ESD protection, as well as the basic formulation for general purpose use.

Molded Fiber Glass Tray Company offers the widest range of composite stack and nest boxes available. Each stack and nest box has a lid to protect parts from dirt and damage, and dollies to provide easy movement in your facility. Molded Fiber Glass Tray Company stack and nest storage containers are useful for handling hot castings or rubber parts directly from molds, as well as parts that are subjected to cryogenic treatments after molding. The addition of a dolly to the bottom of a stack can provide easy movement of parts from workstation to workstation.

Our stack and nest boxes can maintain a maximum load capacity of 500 lbs. per container (depending on size).

Stack and nest containers are available with or without a wire-reinforced rim.
