Composite Vial Trays from MFG Tray
Trays are made of composite material and withstands temperatures from -60° F. to +250° F. continuous service) or +300° F.
(intermittent service). For regular service trays are provided with a plastic gate. A stainless steel or polycarbonate gate is recommended autoclave service. There are four (4) gate choices, dependent upon
application: Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, Stainless Steel and a stainless steel gate and lid combination. Trays are not sold without a gate option due to manufacturing requirements. Polypropylene gates are
recommended for normal use in temperatures <180° F. Polycarbonate or stainless steel gate options are recommended for temperatures >180° F. Special formulations for trays are need if temperatures are between
300° and 400° F,
