The Need: In the final stages of manufacturing, hundreds of thousands of votive candles are conveyed on a belt conveyor to an end stop. Candles are picked by hand and placed on a large cart for transport to packaging. The problem is the candles are still hot and bit soft. Hand picking damages the candles.
