Production Positions
Full or Part time available. Production positions start at $10/hour, move to $11 at 60 days if goals are met and move to $12.52 at 90 days and full-time teammates are hired with full benefits. Come in to pick up an application Monday-Friday 8am-4pm!
Production Supervisor
The preferred candidate for this position will have experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment. This person will be responsible for overseeing their production staff and for their day to day performance. We are a three shift facility, so the ability to be flexible with shift assignments is a plus. The preferred candidate will have experience with fiber glass reinforced composite manufacturing and will be experienced in successfully managing and coaching production staff to their highest level of ability. Excellent communication skills are required as well as having working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
